+ - Can I collect my online order from my local store?

No, all our orders placed through www.innocenttouch-paris.com are processed and dispatched from our Dubai unit and delivered directly to our customers as we don’t deal with local retail stores.

+ - What is the status of my order?

Once we processed and dispatch the orders, we notify you through an email and the WhatsApp number you share with us by defining the status that your items will be delivered as per your local date and time which we mention according to your mailing address. You can ping us anytime on our WhatsApp number and email id to check the status of your order.

Due to the current COVID-19 guidelines, our deliveries are facing delays. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

+ - My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We do apologise that you are facing trouble in using discount code, please note that some discount codes are only for a limited period of time and do not work if the given limit is crossed. We keep on updating our customers regarding the latest discounts through our WhatsApp and other marketing platform.

We are a UAE based company having its different units located in the UAE but our main headquarter is located in Dubai.

+ - Where are your orders shipped from?

We dispatch orders from 5 different warehouses around the UAE. Having different shipping centres at different location that cover the whole UAE, we provide some of the fastest and most affordable delivery options, you can choose the option as per your convenience.

+ - How can I pay for my order?

Innocent Touch-Paris accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards, and also give you an option to pay directly to our bank account.

+ - How long will it take me to get my order?

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, our delivery carriers face delays. But with our standard shipment method, it takes 3 – 7 days for the order to be delivered.

+ - Can I cancel or change my order?

As we are a highly approached brand, to avoid delays we follow automatic order processing systems where as per the availability, all the orders get processed automatically and our team despatch them to meet the delivery time. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. But for your convenience, we have a return policy and if you meet the requirement (returns can be placed withing 7 days of orders processed), the returns can be initiated.

+ - Can I exchange my order?

No, we do not offer exchanges but if you’d like to make an exchange, you can return the unused products by initiating a return request through email and WhatsApp as per the return policy and make a new purchase through innocenttouch-paris.com.

+ - What should I do if my order is damaged?

First of all, we do apologise if you experience anything like this. If you get your order damaged, please inform us immediately to take a quick action. We will be happy to assist with a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team through the WhatsApp number given on our website or by sending us an email by explaining your issue.

+ - If I received the wrong goods, what should do I do?

All our order gets processed automatically through our computer system where there are very less chances of processing wrong orders. But in case, due to a human error, the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses, we are sorry for any inconvenience. In that case, our customer service team is here to support you to replace the order quickly and we will ship your order with our express delivery method so that without any delay you can get your order at your doorsteps.
